How to Apply
Before applying, please carefully review the Application Guide below for further details regarding the Admissions requirements.
The Application and Enrollment Procedures for the PEACE Program are online using our Online Application System (Rikkyo WEB System). There are different application schedules for April and September admissions. Please refer to the following “Key Date” and check all deadlines.
*The Application Guide for 2026 Admissions will be available in early August 2025. Please see the Application Guide for 2025 Admissions below for your reference.

Applicants must have a valid passport at the time of application.

The Application Fee can only be paid via credit card.

You may apply for only one undergraduate degree program per application period. However, you may apply again during a different application period for the same academic year. If you choose to do so, you will be able to access your My Page in order to submit a new application.
See the Key Dates for each application period. For the Recommendation Entrance Application, please also check the specific schedule with your teacher or school counselor in your school.

Application Procedures
The application procedures are as follows. Please note that for the Recommendation Entrance Application, some steps are different from the below. Please check the specified application procedures with your teacher or school counselor in your school.
Carefully read the Admissions requirements and the Application Guide. Answer all of the questions on the Rikkyo WEB system accurately. Proceed to Step 2 Account Registration only once you can confirm that you meet the Admissions requirements. Upon receiving your application, we will verify your eligibility for the PEACE Program.
Register your name, email address, and password. To apply, you will need a passport that is valid for the duration of the application period. Please enter your name in English as it appears on your passport. After registering your account, you can manage your information on My Page.
To apply, provide all of the required information requested on the Rikkyo WEB system. Upload required application documents. (Refer to the Application Guide for details about required information and documents.)
If you meet the Application requirements for the Rikkyo Promising Future Scholarship* and wish to apply, please answer the questions and enter the necessary information into the Rikkyo WEB system.
The Application fee to apply to an undergraduate program is 15,000 Japanese yen. This fee does not include the administration fee (620 Japanese Yen). After entering the information for your application and uploading the application documents on the Rikkyo WEB system, complete the payment via credit card. The Application fee is non-refundable once payment is made.
Upon completing your PEACE Program Application, Rikkyo University will then verify your application. Upon verification, we will then assign you an Application Number on your My Page of the Rikkyo WEB system. The assignment of the Application Number concludes your application. Please wait patiently until the Admission Notification date regarding the approval of your application.
