Due to the changes in the TOEFL iBT score scale, scores released on or after January 21, 2026 will be evaluated based on the new criteria outlined below.
Please ensure that all applicants meet the requirements described here.
Current Criteria (for scores issued on or before January 20, 2026):
Total score of 94 or higher. (Scores are valid if obtained within two years prior to the application deadline.)
New Criteria (for scores issued on or after January 21, 2026):
Applicants must achieve a score of 4.5 or higher in each of the following sections: Reading, Listening, Speaking, and Writing.
(Note: The total score is not the sole requirement. For example, even if the total score meets or exceeds 4.5, the requirement is not fulfilled if the Reading section score is 4.0.)
Please note that the scores must be sent electronically directly from the testing institution.
